We are a small team of artists, designers, producers, engineers and creators and as such offer a broad range of services. We grow our team dynamically for individual project and client needs keeping us evolutionary by nature. We operate like a micro-agency, relying on both a core team of multi-disciplined in-house talent and a dynamically adjustable network of specialist tried and tested collaborators.

Matt Wright and Janire Nájera have been working together since 2006 developing multi-disciplinary projects home and abroad. In 2013 they formally set up 4Pi to combine their creative practices merging the boundaries between art, design and technology. The team has grown since and includes interactive designers, multimedia producers, filmmakers, event and outreach and immersive AV technicians.
Janire Najera is a multimedia artist, photojournalist, curator and producer specialised in immersive media storytelling. She is the Creative Director of 4Pi and co-founder of CULTVR Lab.
Matt Wright is the Artistic Director of 4Pi and CULTVR Lab. As a practising visual artist, media producer and dome engineer he specialises in the creative utilisation of 360º across platforms.
Lauren Summers studied Film & TV and is the Operations Manager for both 4Pi and CULTVR Lab, bringing in extensive experience of 15+ years from both retail and production management.
Mauri Martin coordinates 4Pi’s audiovisual department and has experience in projection mapping, 3D/2D content creation for corporate events, TV, theatre, live music and Light Design.
Rhys Davies is a multimedia based artist and curator who coordinates 4Pi’s filming projects from pre-production to delivery and supports live event productions at CULTVR Lab.
Jamie Wilson is a Master’s Graduate 3D Artist with extensive expertise in graphic art creation, specialising in 3D and animation with advanced problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
