CULTVR — Our Immersive Arts Lab
CULTVR is our immersive arts lab in Cardiff. Artists, technologists and communities use the space to research, develop and present new work. It’s where many of our projects start, from early experimentation through to audience testing and production-ready shows.
Immersive Rooms
We also design and deliver fully immersive rooms, 360° projection mapped environments that transform walls into dynamic storytelling surfaces. These spaces can be installed as standalone experiences or integrated into existing venues, and are ideal for immersive classrooms, art installations, exhibitions and cultural activations.

We begin by understanding the space, the audience and the experience you want visitors to take away. Each project is shaped around its context, whether a heritage site, museum gallery or public venue, carefully considering any technical or spatial constraints from the outset.
From there, we move into design, developing the concept, storyboard and interactive prototypes so you can see the experience taking shape early on.
Our team then delivers the full implementation, from fabrication and hardware to software and installation. We remain on site until everything is fully operational and provide training to ensure your team can run the experience independently.

Do you handle the full experience design process?
Yes. We provide end-to-end delivery including concept design, content creation, interactive development, hardware specification, fabrication, installation and delivery.
Can installations be permanent or temporary?
Both. We design temporary exhibitions, touring installations and permanent interactive environments. Solutions are tailored to the duration, budget and operational needs of each project.
What technologies do you use?
We work with technologies including projection mapping, touch and motion interaction, immersive audio, LED displays, sensors, real-time engines and mixed reality. Technology is selected to support the story and audience experience.
Do you create bespoke content for each project?
Yes. All interactive experiences and installations are custom-designed. We develop visuals, interactions and narratives specifically for your space, ensuring a cohesive and meaningful visitor experience.
